Brickman to Acquire Stiles Landscaping

| Latest News

The Brickman Group, Ltd., announced that they have signed an agreement to purchase Stiles Landscape Company, currently a division of Stiles Corporation. The sale is set to close by the end of May

Brickman is a national commercial landscape services firm, with a large presence in Florida. Stiles Corporation, a full-service commercial real estate development firm, is headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale. Among the company’s offerings are architectural design, development, construction, property management and landscape services.

Stiles started the landscape division of Stiles Corporation 25 years ago with the intent to ensure that the vision of quality on the sites they developed would continue in every aspect of the property. Since then, Stiles Landscaping has grown to become a respected and admired leader in the Florida real estate market, with locations in Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Ft. Myers and Orlando

“The Stiles name and reputation is one of quality and service,” says CEO Scott Brickman. “From our initial meeting with Terry Stiles and Don Winsett, it was very evident that they have created a culture very similar to Brickman’s. Stiles has built an organization with a great culture that truly values every team member, and these shared values are why I am so excited about our two companies uniting. We are all looking forward to welcoming their talented team into our organization.”

Winsett, president of Stiles Landscaping, together with his leadership team and staff, will join Brickman’s Florida division and continue to operate the business under the Brickman name. The transition has been designed so that day-to-day operations and client services will not be compromised in any way. The changeover to Brickman equipment colors, logos, and employee uniforms will take place throughout the 2008 season.
