Black Connectors Trademarked

Irrigation and landscape professionals throughout the United States who wish to purchase black connectors for their lighting projects will now be buying the DryConn Waterproof Connector by King Innovation exclusively. That’s because the company has been granted the black color trademark for all irrigation underground waterproof connectors.

“After more than four years of working closely with trademark attorneys, the day has finally come when black means King, all the time,” said Frank Vlasaty, King Innovation company president.

DryConn connectors are UL 486D-listed, rated 600V, and pre-filled with dielectric silicone sealant to tightly seal splices exposed to condensation, water vapors or dust.
