Some Landscape Contractors Don’t Want Winter to End

| Latest News

Some landscaping companies who added snow plowing services to their business this winter aren’t so happy to see warmer spring weather return. Olszewski Construction in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, used its plow trucks and backhoes for snow removal.

The owner says that the winter has been a good one for the company’s bottom line, particularly after a slow year where they were down 30% from the previous year.

The economical situation is still lagging and businesses continue to struggle, so Olszewski isn’t exactly looking forward to the end of winter.

“It can snow into April or May if it wants to,” he said. “We’re ready.”
